1. Collection, processing, and use of personal data

When you visit this website, we do not collect any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected when you disclose it to us yourself via our contact form. This data will be used exclusively to answer your enquiry, after which it will be deleted.

2. Use of custom cookies

When certain pages are accessed, a "session cookie" will be created and stored. This is a small text file which is automatically deleted from your computer after the end of your browser session. 3. Server log files

As with every connection with a web server, the server of our web hosting provider METANET AG in Zurich, Switzerland logs and saves certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and the operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser, as well as the browser query including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary due to technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. The web hosting provider protects this data against unauthorised access with technical and organisational measures, and does not disclose it to third parties. If we process personal data in this context, we do so based on our interest in providing you with the best possible user experience and to guarantee the security and stability of our systems.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are saved on your computer and allow your use of the website to be analysed.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website in order to compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with additional services related to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data from Google.

5. Web shop

We hereby point out that, for the purposes of facilitating the purchase procedure and for later contractual processing by the web shop operator, cookies store the following information: the IP data of the subscriber of the connection, as well as the buyer's name, address, and means of payment.

Furthermore, we also store the following data about you for the purpose of contract processing: (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address). The data you provide us with is required for contractual fulfilment and/or to perform pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we are unable to enter into a contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service provider for the purpose of deducting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company we have commissioned in order to deliver any goods, as well as our tax advisor for the purpose of fulfilling our fiscal obligations.

Upon cancellation of the purchasing process, the data stored with us will be deleted. When a contract is entered into, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period for fiscal data (10 years). Furthermore, the following data will be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years): name, address, goods purchased, and date of purchase.

6. Your rights

You generally have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and of objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in some other fashion, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
