Here's how:

• Enter a sample name in the online order form.
• Now select which analyses are to be performed on the sample and add the sample to the shopping basket.
• You can add additional samples to the shopping basket in the same manner.
• If you do not have a customer account yet, please create one and log in.
• Now go to your shopping basket, confirm your order, and select your preferred payment method. Please note that we only release results once payment has been received.
• IMPORTANT: After completing the ordering process, you need to print out the receipt you have received by email and send it to us together with the samples. This allows us to identify the samples easily.
• Send the samples, along with a printout of the receipt, to:

Upon receipt of the samples and once payment has been completed, we will send you the results by email. Once they have been sent out, the results can also be accessed under ‘My Reports’ in your customer account.
