Prices

Price information: All prices are in Swiss Francs CHF incl. VAT. Guttentag Solutions reserves the right to change the prices at any time. Relevant are the prices stated in the invoice. If these prices are higher than those at the time of ordering, the latter apply. Price changes and errors excepted. The information requested by the client on the invoice must be clearly communicated when the order is placed. All services of Guttentag Solutions are made exclusively in accordance with the valid price list or on the basis of a written offer and these GTC, unless the latter have been modified by written agreements. Deviating order or purchase conditions of the client, which are not expressly recognized in writing, are not binding; they can be expressly contradicted.

Orders and cancellation rights

The order is confirmed by Guttentag Solutions by means of an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. This automatically sent e-mail is only for your information about the successful data transmission. It does not constitute a binding contract and does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance (conclusion of contract) only takes place after receiving the samples by Guttentag Solutions or by sending the final invoice.

There is a right of recall until receipt of samples by Guttentag Solutions. From this point on orders can not be canceled. Received samples will be invoiced in full.

Compliant but already paid orders can not be refunded. The overpayment is credited to the respective customer account and is available for future orders.

User account and password

Guttentag Solutions assigns no subcontracts to external experts or laboratories without the information of the client.Guttentag Solutions grants the client the right of access ("audit") to the premises in which the analytical services are carried out. Archived documents and raw data of the relevant audit will be granted upon request. Raw data can only be viewed in the laboratory.archivingThe analytical results and the underlying raw data are archived for 10 years, unless otherwise agreed. Sample return samples are archived for at least 3 months. The obligation for the long-term retention of restitution samples remains with the client.reportsIssued reports are in the possession of the client and are available at Guttentag Solutions or in the customer account at any time. The responsibility of the correctness of the pictured data lies with the Guttentag Solutions. Faulty reports will be replaced free of charge (wrong name, spelling mistakes, wrong address, but not undesirable results). Guttentag Solutions assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the results only in the context of validation and only for the sample provided.The client is strictly forbidden to modify reports (eg change results, cover addressee) or extend (watermark, own logo). It is also strictly prohibited to falsify reports or parts thereof. Any unauthorized modification of an analysis report is a forgery of documents and therefore an official offense. Any offense will be publicly displayed and indicted privately.confidentialityGuttentag Solutions undertakes to treat confidentially information, analysis results and procedures from the client's business, which are neither generally accessible nor known. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Guttentag Solutions will only communicate the results to the client. Excluded from confidentiality are the disclosure of documents and informationin the context of official activities.Personal data is transmitted encrypted and not shared with third parties. Your data will only be used in the context of order processing and treated confidentially.Intellectual propertyAnalytical methods developed on the occasion of an analytical service remain the intellectual property of Guttentag Solutions, unless the analysis procedure has been developed exclusively at the request of the client. The clientshall not disclose any intangible rights, information and knowledge pertaining to analytical procedures. In particular, the client is not entitled to apply the analysis procedure developed by Guttentag Solutions or to entrust third parties with it. The client is prohibited from divesting any information and knowledge regarding the analysis procedure as well as the registration of protective rights. The client undertakes to keep all relevant information and knowledge secret. In case of a violation Guttentag Solutions is in everyoneCase entitled to claim damages. The customer is liable to Guttentag Solutions for any infringement by third parties involved as well as own and former employees.All raw data and chromatograms are owned by Guttentag Solutions. At no time is Guttentag Solutions obliged to provide raw data or chromatograms to the client.
